Shannon 
Operations Manager, Senior Loan Processor

Shannon has worked in the banking industry for 17 years, Shannon has held various positions with some of Australia's top lenders and for the past 11 years has been the Operations Manager at Insight Processing.

Shannon is passionate about her business and the brokers within it. She loves helping brokers do what they do best while she takes care of the behind the scenes business.
Her brokers often say they can't imagine not having her in their business and they've never looked back since starting out with Insight and Shannon. 

Shannon's goal is have a smooth Home Loan process, whether your clients are buying their first home or just refinancing for a better rate.
Shannon has a knack for working with figures and helping people and this way she get's to do both.

When Shannon's not behind the computer supporting her brokers, on the weekends you'll find her having a sneaky champagne, spending time with Friends and family, and she has recently taken up gardening

Nic
Senior Loan Processor

Nic spent more than 10 years with BOQ as a loan specialist and relief branch Manager, she was well respected within the network for her dedication to her customers, her can do attitude and her hard working approach to business. 

Since working in the broker space Nic has loved the entire process and experience within the Industry. She loves being part of the brokers businesses and is recognized by them as one of their team.

She gets a real thrill out of helping people navigate the back end process to make the whole experience enjoyable and stress free for the customers. 

When Nic is not busy helping her brokers and their customers you'll find her down the beach and spending quality time with her husband and 2 boys.

Damian 
Senior Loan Processor and Submission Specialist

Damian has over 15 years of experience in the finance industry. Having held senior roles including as a business development manager, credit assessor as well as back office roles in various lending related contact centre, settlements and document preparation roles.
 
Now an Insight Licensee Damian is an asset to his brokers business and a very valued mentor. With Damian in-depth knowledge and experience as a credit assessor for many years, Damian has a knack for packing loans and assisting his brokers get deals in with accuracy and increase their conversions. 

When Damian is not busy in his business you'll find him with his wife and beautiful son in Sydney, very soon to be Queensland.

Juliet
Senior Loan Processor and Submission Specialist

Juliet is part of Tess's team and bring with her vast experience with submission and loan tracking experience across multiple aggregator CRM systems. 

Juliet and Tess are a wonderful support team to their broker clients. 

On weekends you'll find Juliet most at home in the city, spending quality time with her friends and family.

Hayley 
Senior Loan Processor and Submission Specialist

Hayley joined Insight Processing after 15 years in the Financial Planning business with extensive knowledge and demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. She has strong business development professional skills in client Services, financial planning and services, personal support, financial products, and administration management. During her time in FP Hayley also worked at Mortgage Choice and assisted in loan administration building on her financial knowledge through submitting and tracking loans. 
 
To build and gain a better understanding of clients and their needs, Hayley has completed a Diploma of Financial Planning and  is a Bachelor of Psychology graduate.

Hayley is now well and truly immersed in the finance industry and is passionate about managing her business, working in collaboration with brokers and their clients, and tracking a loan application from enquiry right through to settlement.

Nicknamed "The Pocket Rocket" for being extremely focused, motivated, fast-paced and results-driven, Hayley prides herself on getting loans applications processed and moving through to settlement in record time.

In her spare time Hayley enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and is an avid hiker with one of her achievements of having completed the Kokoda Trail in 2019. On the weekends you will find Hayley at the beach or hiking with her very much loved, and extremely spoilt fur-baby, Midgey the Griffon.

Kim
Senior Loan Processor and Submission Specialist

Kim joined Insight Processing after a 22 Year career with Suncorp Bank, where she specialised in Loan Settlements and  Broker Support.  She also obtained a broad knowledge of many departments within the Bank, and is very respected nationwide within the Broker network.

Kim's in depth knowledge of the entire end-to-end loan process ( in particular her knowledge of how to get loans from submission to being settled quickly )  puts her in a great position to support you and your business to increase efficiency, reduce 'noise', so that you as the Broker get to focus on writing new business while Kim takes care of the rest! 

Kim is an excellent communicator, and has received terrific feedback and compliments from her Brokers and their customers. She  thrives on excellent customer service and helping your customers navigate through the process, making it as stress free as possible.

Matt
Software developer/IT

Matt has a unique mix of 15 years software development and 15 years mortgage broking experience which have resulted in the creation of software for the business that is perfectly suited to facilitating the exact workflow required to provide the highest levels of service to your clients.

Matt has a business degree majoring in computer science,  a background in the development of large scale banking systems, and a passion for refining processes for small business.

When Matt's not developing his software you'll find him either on the ski slopes, his jet ski or hanging out with friends and family.
