When one assesses how much time is taken in the processing side of a loan transaction (the part done by Insight Processing) versus the interview and advice side, we can demonstrate that the “hourly chargeable rate” of the broker is 2 to 3 times their full “hourly chargeable rate” if you did the whole of the loan transaction from beginning to end. Put simply, the cost of our processing centre is far less than the cost of the broker or their admin team. Even better, the efficiency through Insight Processing is far greater, leading to a very happy borrower client… so happy that they will no doubt want to refer other borrowers to you.

Insight Processing takes over loan submission and/or the processing of the loan; dealing with the lender at all points of the process; obtaining instructions either from the broker or from the client direct (whatever the broker chooses), dealing with the inevitable conditions imposed by the lender, dealing with settlement of the loan – including dealing with conveyancers/lawyers, advising the broker of settlement, and returning the client file, all wrapped up and completed.
At all times, your client recognises that our processor is working for you, the broker, and upholding your expected service standard.

Q: What are your fees?
We offer a very competitive fee structure offering processing only or the full service, including Full Submission. Contact us to discuss your requirements so that we may tailor a programme to meet your business needs.
Q: Will I deal with one processor or several?
We match you and your files with a particular processor, and that processor will be your contact. Continuity is essential, and we always strive to meet your expectations.
Q: Is it faster to use Insight to get deals settled?
Yes. Due to the volume being processed, we have developed unique relationships with lenders. They know our staff, and we meet with the lenders regularly to explore ways to improve the shared process. Having dedicated BDM’s to escalate deals is but a start.
Full submissions from Insight result in clean deals, fast processing and faster payment of brokerage.
Ask your lender about Insight, and you will be encouraged by the high degree of confidence they have in our ability to deliver.
Q: What lenders do you deal with?
We process deals with all lenders.
Q: Can I see all the information that is being kept on my clients files?
Yes, you have full access to all your client information; you can check the status at any time and leave comments for your designated processor. You can also add any information or documents to your shared file.
Q: What happens if I want to take holidays?
Your processor will be able to manage your files and contact your client while you are away. We will only need to contact you if there is a credit critical requirement, which is highly unlikely.
Q: If Insight Processing is based in QLD, what happens if I am in a different time zone (e.g. when daylight saving kicks in)?
We have teams that deal with all issues and files in different time zones.
Q: Do I still contact my client throughout the process?
This will be your call whether you want to make the client contact. In our experience, your client is only too happy to be in direct contact with us.
Q: Who gets extensions on finance, cooling-off periods or settlements if they’re required?
The Insight Processing team handles the whole process for you communicating with your client, the solicitor, and, if appropriate, the real estate agent to organise appropriate extensions..
Q: Who chases the outstanding conditions on a file?
Insight Processing can manage this for you; however, the option is there for you to elect to manage this process yourself.
